New Format for PPSN and Tax Numbers
The format of Personal Public Services Numbers (PPSN) and Tax Registration numbers is changing. The new format numbers will be nine characters in length, with seven numeric and two alpha characters. The above changes have no impact on PPSN’s or Tax Registration numbers already issued which will remain valid. For more information please contact irishtaxback.ie
